Drew Peterson's fourth wife Stacy knew he was planning to kill her.
"If I disappear, Sharon, it's not an accident, he killed me," one-time family friend Sharon Bychowski, said, in a shower of tears during another installment in the pretrial hearsay hearing for the accused murderer.
"[Stacy] said Drew wouldn't leave ... he didn"t love her," Bychowski said. "[She said] having sex with him made her skin crawl."
Bychowski says she advised Stacy Peterson to write everything Drew did or said down.
"It doesn't matter, I'm already dead, he's going to kill me," Stacy reportedly said.
Bychowski then left the stand in tears forcing a court recess.
Peterson was so possessive of Stacy, he even installed a satellite GPS tracking system in her cell phone to monitor her movements by computer, Bruce Zidarich -- a then-boyfriend of Stacy Peterson's sister, Cassandra Cales -- also testified Monday.
Last week Peterson's step-brother Thomas Morphey told the court that he had helped Peterson carry his wife's body out of his house in a blue barrel.
Peterson is not on trial for Stacy Peterson's death, but under the terms of the hearsay law, speculative testimony counts. Morphey said that he always assumed Peterson killed his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

Savio's death was ruled a homicide after Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy, disappeared in 2007. Peterson hasn't been charged in the Stacy Peterson dissappearance, but he is the lead suspect, cops say.
