Police are working to identify a man found dead early Thursday near a Metra parking lot in Park Ridge.
The man was found at about 2:18 a.m. on the ground in the 200 block of South Summit Avenue near Metra tracks, Park Ridge Police said in a statement. There were no "observable signs of trauma," and a cause of death has not been determined, police said.
As police continue their death investigation, authorities said they need the public's help identifying the man.
He is described as a white male between 30 and 35 years old wearing a black jacket, blue
jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information about the man who may have been in the area between 1:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Thursday are asked to contact police at 847-318-5252.
