President Barack Obama already serves his country as its commander in chief, but apparently the Cook County judicial system wants to get a little more out of him.
The president's name recently popped up on a county jury duty list.
An administration source said the White House notified the court that the president will not be able to serve.
According to the Sun-Times' Michael Sneed, the summons contained the president's home address in the Kenwood neighborhood, and was for a jury trial set to start Monday.
