There appear to be a lot of changes occuring in Rosie O'Donnell's life.
The TV talk show host last month took a new focus and moved to a smaller, more intimate studio. Now several published reports indicate she's about to put her recently-purchased Lakeview home on the market.
News of the potential listing was first reported by the Chicago Sun-Times' Bill Zwecker:
... there’s word the talk show host is very quietly telling a handful of people that the house is for sale — and she’s planning on moving back to New York full time.
But that's not exactly true, according to O'Donnell's publicist.
"She's reevaluating her real estate holdings," Cindi Berger told the Chicago Tribune.
Berger explained that O'Donnell bought the home on Grace Street because its big yard would provide a playspace for her four children. It apparently hasn't been used as much as expected and the Chicago apartment provided by OWN has been adequate for the family.
O'Donnell picked up the Lakeview home in September. It had a list price of $2.25 million.
