New Bill Would Add $3 Tax to Tickets at Bears' Arlington Heights Stadium to Pay Down Soldier Field's 2002 Renovation

A new proposal in Springfield to give the Chicago Bears a long-term property tax freeze in Arlington Heights would also add a tax to tickets at the potential new stadium to help pay down the $631 million still owed on Soldier Field’s renovation, twenty years later. NBC 5’s Alex Maragos reports.
