2019 ‘Clear the Shelters' a Success

Thank you to everyone who helped with a successful ‘Clear the Shelters.’ NBC 5 and Telemundo Chicago joined forces with dozens of area animal shelters on Saturday to waive adoption fees. NBC 5’s LeeAnn Trotter has the story.
