Surveillance Video Shows Doggy Day Care Van Was Left Running, Unattended When Stolen

A new surveillance video of a doggy day care van, that the driver said was hijacked by an armed robber Wednesday, shows the vehicle was not hijacked at all. NBC Chicago’s Rob Elgas reports.
