Like vandals in the night, The Stew reports that Michelin representatives chalked up restaurants that will be featured in their 2011 Bib Gourmand guide with the Michelin Man logo last night (guess only the top restaurants are worthy of a phone call). While the highly-anticipated Chicago guide that everyone is freaking out about is still set to be announced November 17, the Bib Gourmand serves as catchall for reasonably-priced restaurants with great food that just didn't make the cut (The Bristol, Girl & The Goat, Ceres Table).
