Security Changes Underway for Lollapalooza 2018

City hall announced new security upgrades for this year’s Lollapalooza music festival, which starts Thursday in Grant Park. It’s a result of the concert massacre that occurred in Las Vegas and the revelation the shooter had scoped out Lollapalooza last year. NBC 5’s Dick Johnson reports.
