CPS Announces More Than 450 Teacher Layoffs

Chicago Public Schools released its budget Monday, and it includes more than 450 teacher layoffs. The district also restored the bell schedules at 34 schools after students and parents protested the recent changes. NBC 5’s Mary Ann Ahern reports.
