Fresh off her win of NBC's "The Biggest Loser," Danni Allen of Wheeling is planning her next move -- and it's a big one.
Allen plans to run the Bank of America Chicago Marathon this fall. She told the Chicago Sun-Times the marathon is her first fitness goal after the show.
The 26-year-old started the televised weight-loss competition at 258 pounds and weighed in at 137 pounds by the end, enough to earn her the title and $250,000. She said the journey has been about more than just losing weight.
"I feel whole again and it just took clearing out all that mental stuff that I had going on to get to this place," she said.
The Chicago Marathon kicks off Oct. 13 from Grant Park.
