Museum Week Gives Illinois Residents Big Discount

This is a great week to explore Chicago’s museums. For nine days in January, you can take advantage of discounted admissions and special exhibits at the city’s top museums. Illinois residents receive up to 25 percent off admission beginning on Thursday. The museum of science and industry, the Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute and Lincoln Park Zoo are among those participating this year.
