Chicago police to provide update after 15 shot at unsanctioned Halloween party

According a CPD press release, the update will take place at 9:30 a.m. In addition to CPD Supt. Larry Snelling, Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and 24th Ward Alderman Monique L. Scott will be present. Sandra Torres has more.
