Viaduct Near Chicago Skyway Crumbling to Street Below

Troubling scene under a Chicago bridge: Chunks of concrete and a railing collapsed onto the street below. Now people are questioning their safety where it happened, at a viaduct near the Chicago Skyway at 87th and Anthony Avenue. NBC 5’s Chris Hush reports.
