Family recounts tragic ATV crash that killed 6-year-old boy in Joliet

A 6-year-old boy visiting his father for spring break was driving an ATV in Joliet, his family said, when a tragic accident occurred, killing him. “He was an angel,” his grandmother said. “He came to us to make everybody happy.”
