Heavy Rain Causes Flooding, Damage in Chicago's South Suburbs

Heavy Wednesday night rains caused a great deal of flooding in some of Chicago’s south suburbs, forcing first responders to shut down several roads Thursday in Steger. NBC 5’s Christian Farr reports.
