Chicago Store Sells $16M Lottery Ticket

111 Lobby Shop will receive a bonus of $162,500, or 1 percent of the prize amount

A store in Chicago's Loop sold a ticket worth more than $16 million in Thursday night’s lottery drawing, although the winner has yet to come forward.

The Quick Pick ticket matched all six numbers in Thursday’s drawing -- 07, 19, 22, 47, 48, 49 -- for a jackpot of $16,250,000, according to a statement from the Illinois Lottery.

The winning ticket was sold at 111 Lobby Shop at 111 W. Monroe St.

The store will receive a bonus of $162,500, or 1 percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket, the lottery said.
