Chicago police responding to a call of shots fired early Thursday morning discovered the body of a man on a street in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the far South Side.
The body of the 51-year-old victim was found around 1:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of West 108th Place, police said. He had gunshot wounds to his back.
As of Thursday morning, police did not have a suspect in custody and did not have further details about the shooting.
