An Amber Alert was issued in Wisconsin early Tuesday for a 2-year-old girl missing from Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee Police Department said Dariaz L. Higgins, 33, did not return Noelani Robinson to her mother as planned by 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon, according to the alert.
Higgins, also known as Dariaz Taylor and Dariaz Lewis, is believed to have Noelani and is considered armed and dangerous, the alert says.
Authorities said he was last seen driving a 2014 black Cadillac with a Florida license plate reading HVCZ95.
Police did not release a description of Noelani's clothing at the time she was reported missing, saying only that she is black and two years old.
Higgins was described as a black male, with brown eyes and brown hair, as well as multiple tattoos, including on his face.
Anyone with information on Noelani or Higgins' whereabouts was asked to call 911 or Milwaukee police at (414) 935-7022.
