The likes of Frank Thomas and Luis Aparicio aren't the only people representing the White Sox in baseball's Hall of Fame.
Thursday, during the first-ever visit to Cooperstown, NY museum by a sitting U.S. President, Barack Obama donated the Chicago White Sox jacket he wore to throw out the first pitch at the 2009 All-Star Game in St. Louis.
But it wasn't the jacket the president was remembered for that night.
Obama recalled the ridicule he received for wearing "mom jeans" that evening, and added sheepishly, "Michelle retired those jeans quite a while back."
Obama need look no further than his good friend Mayor Rahm Emanuel for advice on the dangers of wearing questionable denim in public.
