There's an old saying: You can take the man out of Chicago, but you can't take the wind-whipping, pounds-o'-snow, blustery Chicago winters out of the man.
Or something like that.
Point is: when Chicago son Barack Obama went to DC, he took our infamous midwest snow with him. And how.
The forecast for the nation's capitol: two feet of snow. Two feet! Almost as tall as Rahm!
The fluffy sky deluge could be the largest snow storm on record since 1922's infamous "Knickerbocker Storm" -- one of the city's biggest calamities, and not just sartorially.
The reason for the storm? Obama! Possibly! Shortly after he took office, the Obaminable One chided DC for succumbing so easily to winter storms:
"I'm saying when it comes to the weather, folks in Washington don't seem to be able to handle things."

Ever since, the capitol's suffered ... the Curse of Snowbama!
