Here's almost egg on your face.
Rahm Emanuel, the front-running, yet-to-declare, Chicago mayoral candidate stopped by Little Village, a predominantly Latino neighborhood, Wednesday to engage in discussions with the community about creating jobs.
Then someone tossed an egg at Emanuel.
The unidentified egg hurler missed the former White House Chief of Staff. Emanuel was leaving the event at the time and didn't get hit with any yolky goodness, but a cameraman in the gaggle did get hit.
It's not a particularly good day for Emanuel, who this morning woke up to the news that the man who occupies his Northside home -- and won't move out until his lease is up -- plans to run for mayor.
