Dating Show Contestant Sues Rapper The Game for Alleged Sexual Assault While Filming in Chicago Area

On May 22, “She’s Got Game” was filming in the Chicago area when Jayceon Terrell Taylor, aka The Game, took Priscilla Rainey from her hotel room on an “after-hours date,” the lawsuit alleges

A contestant on The Game’s VH1 reality dating show “She’s Got Game” has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the California rapper, alleging he sexually assaulted her during filming in May in south suburban Markham.

Priscilla Rainey filed the battery lawsuit against Jayceon Terrell Taylor, aka The Game, on Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Chicago.

On May 22 2015, “She’s Got Game” was filming in the Chicago area when Taylor took Rainey from her hotel room on an “after-hours date,” the lawsuit alleges.

Rainey, of Palm Beach County, Florida, alleges in the suit that she was led to believe the date was part of the show and mandatory.

The pair went to Adrianna’s Sportsbar in Markham, where the rapper “was out of control, highly intoxicated on alcohol and drugs (which was typical), and sexually assaulted [Rainey] on several occasions that night,” the suit claims.

The suit alleges the sexual assault included Taylor “forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.” Rainey claims the contact was uninvited, offensive and without her permission.

The one-count suit claims battery and seeks at least $10 million in damages.

“She’s Got Game” is set to air Aug. 10 and features The Game “in pursuit of his perfect love match while he embarks on a national tour,” according to VH1.

A representative for VH1 could not be reached for comment on the suit Thursday evening. According to the lawsuit, Rainey will be represented by attorney Steven R. Jaffe of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the case, and the rapper has yet to hire legal representation.

A request for comment to The Game's agent and representative have not been returned.
