Cancer Survivors Open Pop-Up Chicago Thrift Shop to Pay it Forward
A female-run Chicago group made up of breast cancer survivors set up a pop-up thrift store at The Resurrection Project in Pilsen. Open every Monday and Friday, funds will help support the group’s mission of providing uninsured breast cancer patients with services like rides to doctor appointments, child care and free breast prosthetics.
