The Gallaghers might live in Chicago, but now the actors who play them are in the city too.
Members of the cast of Showtime’s hit Chicago-set show “Shameless” have already been spotted in Union Station, outside the Art Institute of Chicago and along the Pink Line this week.

The cast was expected to film numerous scenes in the area this week, including along the Riverwalk and North Michigan Avenue Thursday.
The cast often returns to Chicago to film a number of exterior scenes with the city backdrop.
Season 9 of the popular show is set to premiere at 8 p.m. Sept. 9.
