A winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket for Monday’s drawing was sold in Chicago, but a winner has yet to come forward to claim the $150,000 prize.

A winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket for Monday’s drawing was sold on Chicago's Southwest Side, but a winner has yet to come forward to claim the $150,000 prize.

The ticket was sold at Town & Country Liquors, 2944 W. 47th St., matched all five numbers – 05, 14, 22, 23 and 25, according to a statement from the Illinois Lottery. [[221614871, C]]

The store in the city's Brighton Park neighborhood will receive a bonus of $1,500, or 1 percent of the prize amount.

The winner was urged to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the lottery’s prize centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview, a lottery official said. [[428726493, C]]

Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
