Australia's Kurt Fearnley won the men's wheelchair race in the 2015 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Sunday.
Fearnley finished first with a time of 1:30:46, unofficially. He has previously finished second in the race.
"It's one of those races where the last 30 seconds you feel like you're about to vomit the whole way. It's just everything you have," he said after his win.
Fearnley won the men's wheelchair race in last year's New York City marathon, pulling ahead in the final 200 meters to finish in 1:30.55, unofficially.
Fearnley was followed by Marcel Hug and 2014 winner Joshua George.
