Expect more than a few deadly double takes in Andersonville this weekend.
The Chicago Zombie Pub Crawl takes to the streets on April 28.
Up to 1,000 zombies are expected to take part in the 5th annual event which serves as a fundraising event for Chicago comedy theater company pH Productions.
Participants must register at $25 a pop at chicagozombiepubcrawl.com, and of course, are enouraged to wear their finest zombie gear.
Registration begins at pH Comedy Theater (1515 N. Berwyn Ave.) at 1:30 p.m. and the crawl kicks off at 2 p.m., including bars such as Simon's, Hamburger Mary's Attic, @mosphere, The Call and Farraguts.
Sounds like a thriller of a good time.
