WATCH: Why Did This Man Land a Helicopter on the White House Lawn?

The Tampa Bay Times interviewed Doug Hughes, the Florida postal carrier who took responsibility for landing a small one-person helicopter on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. Hughes says in the interview that he’s doing this to raise awareness for campaign finance reform.
