The Cubs have a versatile roster and they stretched that concept further than anyone could have expected on Wednesday.
During Wednesday's intrasquad game, Cubs assistant clubhouse manager Danny Mueller was not only in uniform but playing left field for the home team, subbing in for defense. He even had two colleagues heckling him with a "Stick to your day job" cardboard sign.

Unfortunately, Mueller didn't have anything hit his way, unlike Dodgers clubhouse attendant Francisco "Chico" Herrera, who has been playing left in Los Angeles' intrasquad games. Last week, he showed off his glove and cannon during a game.
