White Sox 2022 promotional schedule, theme nights originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago
White Sox baseball is back and the team has a slate of fun promotions and themed nights scheduled at the ballpark this season.
The White Sox have announced a number of fan giveaways, including:
- April 12: Pennant commemorating the club's 2021 AL Central title
- April 30: White Sox "South Side" hockey jersey
- June 11: White Sox Hawaiian shirt
- Aug. 2: White Sox tote bag
- Sept. 4: "Los White Sox" themed soccer jersey
The Sox also have a summer t-shirt series scheduled on Thursdays from May 26 to Sept. 1. The shirt and tote bag giveaways are for the first 10,000 fans, while the other items are for the 20,000 fans.
The team will announce additional giveaways soon. The initial schedule, released last month, included four bobblehead dates and a crewneck giveaway, before MLB's lockout altered the 2022 regular season schedule.
The themed games are as follows:
- Family Sundays (April 17 through Sept. 25)
- Postgame fireworks on Fridays, in addition to the Fourth of July
- Rock 'n' Roll Night (May 13)
- Country Music Night (July 8)
- Police and Fire Night (Aug. 17)
- Elvis Night (Aug. 26)
- Halfway to St. Patrick's Day (Sept. 3)
- Hispanic Heritage Night (Sept. 23)
