Top-tier universities USC and UCLA will enter the Big Ten Conference in 2024.
Big Ten school presidents and athletic directors met Wednesday night to discuss the additions, according to The Athletic. USC and UCLA both announced on Thursday that they will join the conference:
This move comes on the heels of Oklahoma and Texas announcing their departure for the SEC last season. That move is set to transpire ahead of the 2025 college football season.
Presumably a flurry of conference realignment moves will follow as the Pac-12 works to replace USC and UCLA in the conference.
