Russian Skater Kamila Valieva Cleared for Olympic Competition

A panel of judges for the Court of Arbitration for Sport has ruled that Kamila Valieva, the 15-year-old figure skating standout competing for the Russian Olympic Committee, can compete in the Olympics. Valieva had tested positive for a banned substance in December.
