Katie Hoff: It took me 16 years to recover from coming in second at the Olympics

Katie Hoff admits she’s “done a ton of work” mentally to be able to travel to Paris to attend an Olympic Games for the first time since she claimed three swimming medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She made the comments on the “Finding Mastery” podcast with Dr. Michael Gervais and five-time Olympic medalist Nastia Liukin.
