Calls grow for resignation of sheriff whose deputy killed Sonya Massey

The Illinois sheriff whose deputy shot Sonya Massey, the unarmed Black woman who called 911 for help in her Springfield home, apologized during a community meeting Monday but said he doesn’t plan to resign. Activists and members of the faith community said Sangamon County Sheriff Jack Campbell must resign. NBC 5’s Christian Farr reports.
