Chicago Police Say Shootings, Homicides Are Declining

Chicago police say they are making progress in the fight against violence in the city as shootings and homicides are both declining. Police credit a strategic deployment plan but say more work needs to be done, especially when it comes to recruiting new police officers. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
