CTA issues reminding riders to stay off ‘L' tracks

The Chicago Transit Authority has issued a reminder for riders to stay off the highly electrocuted “L” tracks, amid recent incidents that have caused death and severe injury, NBC Chicago’s Kye Martin reports.
