Data: Just 2% of Hyundai, Kia thieves are arrested in Chicago

Last May- videos on social media exposed the fact that many Hyundai and Kia vehicles could be started without a key. Data NBC 5 Responds analyzed shows a very small percentage of people have been arrested. PJ Randhawa has the details.
