Driving in Illinois Allowed for ‘Essential Travel Only,' Chicago Police Stress

“There’s no wandering around or driving around, no going places for no reason,” Interim Chicago Police Supt. Charlie Beck said Wednesday, warning travelers about driving rules during the Illinois stay-at-home order. “Essential travel only and we will provide that information to people that we stop.”
