Early voting opens in most Illinois counties amid election preparations

As the presidential election approaches, voters in several Illinois counties can begin early voting today, with most locations opening between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Chicago and Cook County voters will have to wait until October 3rd and 9th, respectively.
