East Chicago nursing home facing legal action after alleged sexual assault

A nursing home in East Chicago, Ind. is facing legal action after the family of a 96-year-old resident says she was sexually assaulted by a fellow resident who is a convicted sex offender, NBC Chicago’s Regina Waldroup reports.
