Eileen O'Neill Burke sworn in as Cook County State's Attorney

Major changes were announced Monday as Cook County State’s Attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke took the oath of office. She is making it clear which crimes will require detention as the state is more than one year into the system of no longer requiring bond. NBC Chicago’s Political Reporter Mary Ann Ahern reports.
