Escaped Mississippi inmate barricaded inside Chicago restaurant

An escaped Mississippi inmate who the U.S. Marshal’s Office described as “armed and very dangerous” remained barricaded inside a Chicago restaurant Wednesday morning as a standoff between the man and the USMS Office continues into its 15th hour.
