Evanston Police Prompts Changes to Deal With Staffing Shortage

Chicago isn’t the only city dealing with a shortage of police officers, as suburban Evanston also struggles to fill positions. Down nearly 30 officers, the department has issued reassignments and reduced its services. NBC 5’s Christian Farr reports.
