Libertyville Carjacking Victim Run Over by Thieves Stealing Vehicle With Child Inside

A pregnant mom was carjacked and then run over by the assailants, with her 2-year-old child still inside the vehicle in unincorporated Libertyville on Thursday afternoon, according to police. NBC 5’s Vi Nguyen reports.
