No One in Custody As SWAT Investigation Concludes After Dogs Shot in Lakeview

A SWAT investigation in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood has concluded with no one in custody after two dogs were shot, one fatally, by a gunman who then barricaded himself inside a residence, NBC 5’s Evrod Cassimy reports.
