O'Hare access among Kennedy Expressway commuter concerns

The first day of the final phase of Kennedy Expressway construction saw traffic backed up much worse than the day before. Part of the problem is the reversible express lanes don’t take you to O’hare. NBC 5’s Patrick Fazio reports.
