Parents granted custody of body after woman's death in South Loop

The parents of Caitlin Tracey walked out of a Chicago courtroom, feeling a small sense of closure, after a ruling allowed them to take their daughter’s body back to her native Michigan. NBC Chicago’s Christian Farr reports.
