Some fans left scrambling as Riot Fest abruptly changes locations

Following the sudden announcement that Riot Fest would indeed be held in Chicago’s Douglass Park this year instead of Bridgeview, fans who have already made arrangements at the previous location are left scrambling. NBC Chicago’s Christian Farr reports.
