Survivors Sue After 5 Indiana Family Members Killed in Tubing Accident Over Dam

Five members of a La Porte, Indiana, family died when the inner tubes they were riding in went over a small, low-head dam on the Dan River near Eden, North Carolina. Surviving members of the family are now suing the power company that maintains the dam. NBC 5’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
